Fang Fang Realty Inc. was established in 2021 by CEO Sue Li. Since 2006, Sue has been in the real estate industry for more than 18 years. She also has dealt with different people and events in a multitude of industries for the past 30 years. As a result, she has accumulated an immense amount of sales experience and skills. Sue has always conducted her business with integrity and has been well received by her clients, peers, colleagues, and friends. With her abundant experience, positive energy, and mindset, Sue has always been able to strive for excellence and persevere in any environment with confidence and enthusiasm.

Fang Fang Realty Inc. is located in the heart of the 8th Avenue commercial district in Brooklyn. Our team is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Fuzhounese, and Taishanese. We specialize in commercial and residential buying, selling, and leasing. Our team works together for a win-win cooperation. Our areas of service are Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, Manhattan, and Bronx.

Founder / Owner

In the early 90s, Sue opened a clothing store in China called "Fang Fang Boutique". She immigrated to the United States in 1994 and worked at the Atlantic City Casino in NJ, where she gained valuable experience from working as a dealer to become a manager, and interacting with different people from different backgrounds. From 2004-2010, Sue opened mortgage companies in NJ called Fortune Mortgage and Southern Star Mortgage. In 2006, due to high customer demand, Sue obtained her NJ real estate license. From 2007 to 2009, for three consecutive years, she received the NJ Real Estate Industry Excellence Award.

While Sue was working hard on her career, she was also dedicated to improving the welfare of the local Chinese population by helping them lead happy and peaceful lives. In 2008, she established the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association and Better Atlantic City Association in NJ. In 2010, she also received a special award called "Casino Connection People to Watch in 2010" by the renowned magazine "Casino Collection". In 2011, she participated in bridging US-China Sister Cities and organized the Atlantic City International Float Parade to promote Chinese culture. This received the support of the Chinese Embassy Consul General Peng Keyu and an honorable invitation to a private dinner.

In 2012, Sue joined World Financial Group (WFG) and became a Senior Marketing Manager within 2 years. In 2014, Sue launched the WFG Brooklyn division, where she received numerous awards.

In 2017, Sue was captivated by the frenzy of the New York real estate industry and obtained her NY real estate license, with the goal to succeed in the industry. Sue was motivated and studied hard to obtain her NY real estate broker license in 2021 and established Fang Fang Realty Inc. From 2006-2024, for 18 years, she has helped countless people invest in home ownership in the real estate industry in both NJ & NY. Under Sue's leadership, we believe our team will be even stronger and help more people fulfill their dreams of home ownership.
